Who We Are

Collectively, we have more than 15 years of Am Law 100 law firm attorney experience, 10 years (and counting) of law professor experience, 4 years of U.S. Patent & Trademark Office patent examiner experience, 2 years of Federal Circuit clerk experience and dozens of scholarly articles, speeches, presentations, and panel appearances addressing patent law and other intellectual property issues.

With degrees in physics, electrical engineering and computer engineering, as well as industry experience from internships with Texas Instruments and the Naval Research Laboratory, we can and do handle patent matters across multiple technological disciplines.
